2. Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellation by Customer

•  Cancel immediately after booking: Free (transaction fee: 150,000 VND/person)
• 10 – 15 days before departure: 30% of tour price
•  5 – 10 days before departure: 50% of tour price
•  3 – 4 days before departure: 75% of tour price
•  0 – 2 days before departure: 100% of tour price
•  No refund/cancellation/change during holidays
• If weather conditions allow the tour to operate but the customer cancels: 100% charge applies

b. Cancellation by Cat Ba Du Ky Travel

•  If Cat Ba Du Ky cancels the tour, customers will receive a full refund within 3 days
• In case of force majeure (weather, pandemic, transport disruptions…), customers can choose a refund or reschedule (price may vary depending on service rates at that time)
