Child and Extra Bed Policy
- Each cabin occupied by two adults includes complimentary accommodation for one child aged 0–4 sharing the parents’ bed. A second child aged 0–4 is charged 50% of the adult rate when sharing the parents’ bed.
- Children aged 5–10 are charged 75% of the adult rate when sharing the parents’ bed. If an extra bed is required, the rate is 85% of the adult rate.
- Children aged 11 and above are charged the adult rate.
- Children staying in a separate cabin are charged the adult rate.

- Additional transfers from Hanoi, Hai Phong, or Ninh Binh: $13 per guest per one-way trip.
- Adding one child aged 5 or above to a single-occupancy cabin: the price will be equivalent to the cabin rate for two adults.
