LUNCH + DINNER

8h30: Get picked up at your hotel in Cat Ba town or at Cat Ba Du Ky Travel office: No 39 Nui Ngoc street. Tranfer to Beo port where you will be aboarded on the Day - Cruise.

9h00: Let's start our Lan Ha Bay - Ha Long Bay 2D1N cruise. The cruise will take you around Cai Beo – one of the most ancient & largest floating villages in Vietnam where you can observe the daily life activities of the local-fisherman.

10h00: Say goodbye to the fishermen, keep cruising on the hidden route to the most scenic areas of Lan Ha Bay with hundreds of beautiful limestone islands such as: Turtle island, Thumb rock, Budda rock, Pen Islet, ect…

11h00: Cross the border between Lan Ha bay & Ha Long bay, then anchor the cruise near one of the most secluded beaches at Ba Trai Dao area ( Three Peaches) that be away from the other group to do swimming & snorkling ( if the tide permit).

12h00: Have lunch on cruise ( Vegerarian &vegan food are catered upon request). After lunch, you will have a bit time for a short rest on sundeck or on the sandy beach.

14h00: Continue cruising to the unique part of Ha Long Bay where you can admire the amazing landscapes or stunning shapes like: Candle rock, Seal Islet, Cock fighting Island, King Kong Island, Frog-rock, etc….

15h00: Get transfer to Overnight Cruise & continue heading to the less touristry parts of Ha Long Bay.

15h30: Stop at Dark & Bright Cave ( also called Hang Ca) area for kayaking. Here you will paddle the kayak through 3 different stalactite caves: Dark cave, Bat cave & Bright cave to explore the hidden & peaceful lagoon where you can occasionally catch monkey-jumping or Catba Langur – the white headed dangered monkey.

17h00: Say goodbye to Cat Ba Langur, our boat tour keep heading futher to the less rouristic part of Ha Long bay where you hardly see other boats around. Enjoy watching the magnificent sunset over the bay of Word Hesitage.

18h00: Anchor at calm & quite place where is far away from the other Ha Long big cruises for diner & overnight.

20h00: Do squid fishing or do kayayking to see plankton at night (optional)

BREAKFAST + LUNCH

07h:00: Enjoy a breakfast in the delighted and peaceful beauty of the bay.

08:30 : Today, we keep cruising to discover another side of Ha Long Bay & Cong Tau lagoon. Enjoy the beauty & of hundreds of Limestion island in less touristy area.

10h30: Visit Dau Be island. Do kayaking to explore "Ho Ba Ham" (Three hidden lagoons)

11h30: Keep cruising further to discover less touristry parts of Ha Long Bay. Anchor near the beach for last swimming.

12h30: Have lunch on boat.

13h30: Head back to Lan Ha Bay.

15h00: Say farewell to boat crew. Get dropped off at your hotel in Cat Ba

If Overnight - Cruise is available on that day, you will be aboarded on overnight cruise from the beginning of the tour ( No need wait until 3.00 PM to get trasferred from Day - Cruise to Overnight cruise)
You can also choose Lan Ha Bay - Ha Long Bay 2 Days/1 Night Cruise From Hanoi ( instead of starting from Cat Ba island)
It is reccommended to do 3 days/2 nights cruise so you can exlore more non-touristry places on Ha Long Bay
If you want to visit Ninh Binh afterward, it is reccommended to book combined Cat Ba - Ninh Binh 3 days/2 nights tour instead.

CANCELLATION POLICY

BY OUR SIDE

In case of typhoon that the boat is not allowed to go out, we offer full refund for all the tours that have not started; Or the tour can be moved to other dates without extra charge if our boats are available and your time permits
Partial refund of difference will be applied for the tours that are on the way

BY CUSTOMER:

10% charge if cancellation received from 10 days - 15 days prior to the deparure date
50% charge if cancellation received from 4 days - 9 days prior to the departure date
100% charge if cancellation receivd less than 72 hours prior to the departure dat or No Show

Absolutely wonderful in every way! View on TripAdvisor We booked a 2 day 1 night cruise - 2 couples - we had the boat to ourselves (only 2 staterooms on the boat). Our guide, Tien, was interesting & incite full. Theviews/swimming/kayaking were wonderful.
Our experience felt personalized, we have no hesitation in fully recommending this cruise

Amazing adventure for the family View on TripAdvisor We spent three wonderful, calm and quiet day on Cat Ba Du Ky private boat. I must say, that was the best adventure of our Vietnam journey. Having a whole boat alone with my family and keeping off the tourists was priceless. The boat itself is very modest but the crew is amazing and Tien is the best guide! :-)

Fabulous! The Best Way To See HaLong Bay! View on TripAdvisor My boyfriend and I took the 2day/1night tour (which I thought was plenty of time) with Tien as our guide in February. It was our one big splurge for the trip and completely worth it!
The boat had a very quaint and homey feel with only us, our guide Tien, the Captain and the cook on board. I was impressed with how comfortable the bed was, how hot the shower was, and how delicious and plentiful the food was. At one point very early on we passed a party boat with loud music and people dancing and were SO glad we hadn't gone that route! Our guide was very informed, helpful and precious.Overall, simply fabulous! We loved this trip and can't recommend our guide highly enough!
